Ok I know you all are just dying to here about my weekend Home Alone haha! Actually Justin and I hung out Friday night and that was really cool. I don't get to do that to much with him anymore. Good mother/son time was really a big deal to me.
Then on Sat. I was going to sleep in a little but surprise Julie calls at 7AM (she missed her mommy but that was ok because I missed her to) so I talked with her a while before they started out that morning. Did my normal Sat cleaning then mama and I decided to go shopping. What better way to spend a Sat than to go shopping and actually get to look for me something and not the girls. When we usually go shopping it's all about them but this time it was all about ME!! Well almost, I had to look for my sister something too. Her birthday is Thursday so had to find her a birthday present.
I did find me something but mama said I couldn't have it until my birthday which is not until next Sat. Don't you hate that. You find something you really like and then find out you can't have it right then....But she paid so have to do what mama says....
Then surprising to me they were on there way back home and was back by 5:30 or so. I was glad. I really did miss them...Yes, even Daniel!. After hearing all the funny and not so funny stories (poor Ryan) we were off to eat.
Well, there you go...My glorious weekend home alone has come and gone. Even though it was short I enjoyed my ME time but was really glad to have my family back home all together!!!!

Sounds like you made it through just fine, alone time is good for a short while but I am like you, glad to see them back home!!!!
Sounds like you had a great time. It is always nice to have some "me" time but is also nice to have the kids back too.
I know - short periods of alone time are great. But just not too much - it just gets too quite around here without the kids. I guess when they move out I'll have to get some yapping dogs and squawking birds to keep the noise level up (:P)

Aww, it sounds like you had a wonderful time. ..and oh how I hate when I find something I like but mom won't let me have it until my birthday or christmas. Ugh! Im so impatient. But it is good not to argue since they're paying for it, hee hee. But I'm glad you enjoyed your short time alone & the time you got to spend with justin. I know its great to have them all back home though(..and leave it to ryan to be the one that gets hurt :p )
P.S. Thanks for the encouraging words & I hope jessica is enjoying her first week back to college.
How fun that you and Justin got to spend some time together! Kids grow up too fast. You know I was thinking the other day my girls, are the age that your girls were we were started out at the church. I can't how fast these past few years have gone by.
